Short version: we collect your name and phone number so we can text you back about a pair. We do not sell it, we do not share it with advertisers, and you can have it deleted by asking.

What we collect

• Your name and phone number, when you make an offer or place a bid.
• What you offered or bid, and when. We keep this even after a pair sells, because it is the record of what was agreed.
• Your email address, only if you give it to us.
• Whether you ticked the box asking us to text you about new pairs, along with the date and the exact wording you were shown.
• Your IP address, recorded with a bid so we can spot somebody bidding against themselves from ten accounts.

We do not run advertising trackers, we do not use analytics cookies, and there is no Facebook or Google pixel on this site.

Why we have it

To answer you about the pair you asked about, to take payment, to get the shoes to you, and to keep an honest record of what was offered and accepted. That is the whole list.

Texting you

A number you give us to make an offer is used to answer you about that pair. That is a different thing from marketing. We only text you about new drops if you separately ticked the box asking us to, and you can stop those any time by replying STOP. Stopping marketing texts does not stop us replying about a pair you are actually buying. The full rules are in the SMS terms.

Who else sees it

Nobody we do not have to involve.

• Cloudflare hosts this site and stores the database, so the data sits on their infrastructure.
• Square processes card payments. When you pay by card, Square handles the card details. We never see or store your full card number.
• A shipping carrier, if we are mailing you a pair, gets your address.

We do not sell your information, and we do not trade or rent it. If we are ever legally required to hand something over, we will.

How long we keep it

Records of a completed sale we keep for seven years, because that is what the tax and business records need. Offers and bids that never became a sale we keep for two years. Marketing consent records we keep for as long as you are on the list and three years after you leave it, because that record is the proof you asked to be there.

Getting it deleted

Call 724-602-8275, text the same number, or come into the shop and ask. We will delete what we are not legally required to keep, and we will tell you what we had to hold on to and why.

Children

This site is not for anyone under 13 and we do not knowingly collect anything from them. If you are under 18, get a parent involved before bidding on anything.

Changes

If we change this, the date at the top changes and the new version goes up here.
