Short version: we collect your name and phone number so we can text you back about a pair. We do not sell it, we do not share it with advertisers, and you can have it deleted by asking.

We do not use analytics cookies, and there is no Facebook pixel on this site.
To answer you about the pair you asked about, to take payment, to get the shoes to you, and to keep an honest record of what was offered and accepted. That is the whole list.
A number you give us to make an offer is used to answer you about that pair. That is a different thing from marketing. We only text you about new drops if you separately ticked the box asking us to, and you can stop those any time by replying STOP. Stopping marketing texts does not stop us replying about a pair you are actually buying. The full rules are in the SMS terms.

We do not sell your information, and we do not trade or rent it. If we are ever legally required to hand something over, we will.
If you send feedback from the site, we keep what you wrote and, only if you add it, how to reach you. It goes to the shop and is never published. A copy is emailed to the shop and to the person who runs this site for the shop, through Cloudflare, with what you wrote, the contact you added and the page you sent it from. We do not keep your connection's address. To stop floods we keep a scrambled code made from it, which changes every day and is used for nothing else.
If you use the form on the sell page, we keep how to reach you, your name if you give it, the pair's details (brand, model, size, condition, box, what you want to do, an asking price and notes, if you add them) and the photos you send. Only the shop and the person who runs this site for it see them; none of it is published. A copy of the details, without the photos, is emailed to both through Cloudflare. Photos are deleted automatically after 60 days. The request itself we keep until you ask the shop to delete it. To stop floods we keep the same kind of scrambled code as for feedback, which changes every day and is used for nothing else.
The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check that it is being used by a person and not a script. Cloudflare runs that check, and we keep nothing from it.
Records of a completed sale we keep for seven years, because that is what the tax and business records need. Offers and bids that never became a sale we keep for two years. Marketing consent records we keep for as long as you are on the list and three years after you leave it, because that record is the proof you asked to be there.
Call 724-602-8275, text the same number, or come into the shop and ask. We will delete what we are not legally required to keep, and we will tell you what we had to hold on to and why.
This site is not for anyone under 13 and we do not knowingly collect anything from them. If you are under 18, get a parent involved before bidding on anything.
